Tulip Cottage
Tulip Cottage is on Hoad Farm in Swingfield Minnis. It's a quiet spot, just off the Elham Valley. The farm's old, from the 1200s, but the cottage is modern inside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite with showers. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. The main living area is open plan. All the rooms lead out to a private courtyard, which is handy.
You're well set up here. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
Outside, there are shared gardens and a kids' play area. There's a barbecue in your courtyard.
It's a rural spot, but you're not far from things. Canterbury is about a 20-minute drive. Folkestone and the coast are maybe 25 minutes. Dover and the port are roughly half an hour.
For walks, the North Downs are right here. The White Cliffs of Dover are a short drive. You can also look at Visit Kent for more ideas on the area.
If you've got a bigger group, you can rent this one with Wisteria Cottage or Olive Tree Cottage next door. All three together sleep twelve.
