Tulip Cottage
Tulip Cottage is one of three cottages on Hoad Farm, out at Swingfield Minnis. It's an old farmstead, parts of it are very old. The cottage itself isn't ancient, but it's in that setting.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean, not a show home. The main living space is open plan. All the rooms lead out to a private courtyard.
The place is surrounded by gardens and there's a play area for kids. It's quiet out here. You're in the middle of fields.
For facilities, you've got the basics covered: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ in the courtyard. Parking is right there.
You can bring two dogs. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
It's a good spot for getting out to things. You're about twenty minutes from Canterbury. Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel are about fifteen minutes drive. Dover and the port are maybe twenty-five minutes. The coast is close, places like Deal and Walmer are straightforward to get to.
