Horseshoe Cottage is near Challock in Kent. It's a detached cottage, one of three on the site. The other two are Dairy Cottage and Saddler's Cottage.
It's single-storey, so everything is on the ground floor. Good if you don't want stairs. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. You can bring two dogs. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You've got your own enclosed garden with a patio and a BBQ. There's parking right there. Inside, it's got a woodburner, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
The village pub is a mile away. The nearest shop is about three miles, so you'll want to bring your basics with you.
You're about four miles from the coast at Folkestone. Good for walks along the cliffs. Canterbury is about twenty minutes by car. The cathedral is the main thing, but the city centre is good for a wander. Dover Castle is about half an hour away. It's a proper castle with a lot of history. You can get the ferry to France from there too.
If you like walking or cycling, you're right on the edge of the North Downs. The National Trust looks after a lot of it. The Visit Kent site has ideas for days out.
The other two cottages have hot tubs, but Horseshoe doesn't. Just so you know. All three can be booked together if you're a bigger group.
