Toms Cabin is on Maxted Street, near Canterbury. It's a detached lodge in our garden. You get your own space.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything is on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about.
You've got a private balcony that looks out over farmland. There's a shared hot tub on the property that you can use. There's also a massage centre here; you can book and pay for that when you arrive if you fancy it.
The place is rural. There's a pub that does food about a mile walk away. The nearest shop is two and a half miles, so it's best to come with supplies.
Canterbury is about eight miles. The cathedral is obviously the big draw, but the city is nice just to wander around. Whitstable is a bit further, maybe twenty minutes in the car. It's good for seafood, especially oysters. Hythe is a similar distance the other way, on the coast.
There's a golf course a couple of miles away, and you can go horse riding about a mile from here. If you want a big shopping trip, the McArthurGlen designer outlet is within half an hour. Dover and the Channel Tunnel are about forty minutes drive, if you were thinking of a day trip to France.
As for facilities: there's a BBQ, parking right outside, and your bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog.
