The Ark Barn
The Ark Barn is in Chillenden. It's a converted barn on our farm. We live in the main house, but you've got your own space and garden. It's quiet here, just fields and the lane.
It sleeps seven. Three bedrooms, all doubles. Two bathrooms, one downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating because it's been done up well. It's comfortable.
You're pretty central in Kent. Canterbury is about twenty minutes by car. Dover and the ferries are about the same. Going the other way, the coast is maybe twenty-five minutes. Deal, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, they're all there. Good beaches.
The lane outside is quiet for walking or cycling. If you like golf, Royal St George's at Sandwich isn't far. There are other courses around too.
For a day out, Wingham Wildlife Park is a few miles away. Howletts Wild Animal Park is a bit further. Both are good with kids.
What's here: There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking for a couple of cars. No pets, sorry.
