St Andrews
St Andrews is a detached house in Tilmanstone, Kent. It's down a quiet lane, surrounded by fields. You can see woodland from the windows.
It sleeps seven in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. The kitchen is decent for cooking, with a Range cooker and a coffee machine. There are two living rooms: one with a wood burner, and another with a TV and doors out to the garden.
The garden is on different levels, with steps leading around the outside of the house. It looks out over a field. There's a BBQ you can use.
Being an old house, there are a few things to note. There are some internal steps, separate from the main stairs. Some of the door frames are a bit low. The main stairs are fine.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on the drive.
The nearest shop and pub are about two and a half miles away in the village. Deal is a 15 minute drive. It's a proper seaside town with a pebble beach, some good places to eat, and shops. You can walk along the front.
For a day out, Dover Castle is about 20 minutes by car. The White Cliffs are nearby too. Canterbury is roughly half an hour away. If you like walking, you're close to quite a bit of the North Downs Way.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. All the bedding and towels are included.
