The Honey House

The Honey House is in Statenborough, Kent. It's a single-storey cottage, so everything's on the ground floor. It sleeps three, with one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The front door opens into the main living space. It's open plan, with the kitchen, a table for four, and a sofa and armchair all in one room. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher. There's a TV and WiFi.

Outside is an enclosed patio garden. It's private and gets the sun. You'll hear, and see, the neighbours. There are friendly dogs and some goats in the adjacent fields. They often come up to the fence.

The cottage is on the edge of the village. The local pub is about a fifteen minute walk away. For a wider choice, Sandwich is a five minute drive. It's a proper medieval town with nice streets, a quay, and good places to eat.

Sandwich Bay beach is close by. Deal's pebble beach is about fifteen minutes in the car. You can get boat trips from Sandwich quay to see the seals at Pegwell Bay. It's a good thing to do if the weather's right.

Facilities include bedding and towels, on-site parking, and the garden. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs.
