Coachman's Cottage is on the Sandwich Bay estate. It's a small cottage, one of two on the site. You're on a private estate, so you get access to the beach without paying the normal visitor charge. It's a working farm, so sometimes you'll see tractors.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's nice inside, comfortable. The living area is open plan. There's a small enclosed courtyard out the back with a table and a barbecue.
The beach is less than a mile away. It's a shingle beach, quiet and rural. The Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory is next door if you're interested in that. You're surrounded by fields.
Sandwich town is a couple of miles. It's a medieval town, nice for a wander. There are shops, pubs, and a few places to eat. The railway station there has a high speed service to London if you needed it.
For golf, Royal St George's is very close. That's one of three championship courses nearby. You can drive to Dover in about twenty minutes, or to Canterbury in half an hour. The White Cliffs are worth a visit.
In the cottage you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and parking. There's an electric vehicle charger. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
