It's Deerson Barn, near Preston in Kent. It's a converted barn, so it's one building on its own. You get the garden and the decking to yourselves. It looks out over fields.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs with an en-suite shower. The other two are upstairs, along with a family bathroom that has a big freestanding bath. There's also a second living area upstairs on a mezzanine level.
The main living area is open plan with the kitchen. There are bifold doors that open onto the deck. There's a wood burning stove for cooler nights. The flooring is Amtico parquet throughout.
Outside, there's a raised deck that goes around the building. Steps lead down to a patio with a dining area and barbecue. There's also a swim spa with a hot tub section.
The barn is down a quiet country lane. It's a rural spot. There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant about three quarters of a mile away in the village. You can walk to them through woods.
Canterbury is about a 20 minute drive. The coast is about 15 minutes away. Places like Sandwich and Pegwell Bay are worth a visit.
Facilities: it's got WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. It has wheelchair access at the entrance and a bedroom and shower on the ground floor. There's parking on site. Sorry, no pets.
