Sea Scape

Sea Scape is a detached house right in the middle of Whitstable. It's in the conservation area. You can see the harbour from the front door, it's that close. The beach is about a minute's walk.

It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's finished to a high standard and everything is new. We renovated it in 2021.

Parking is the big thing here. You can get two, maybe three cars off the street. That's rare for this part of town. Saves a lot of hassle.

Inside, it's open plan downstairs. The kitchen is modern and leads into a conservatory with a dining table. There's a proper courtyard garden out the back with a table and chairs. It gets the sun in the afternoon.

Facilities are all there. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.

Whitstable itself is all outside the door. The shops, the pubs, the places to eat. You don't need to drive. The oyster stalls are at the harbour. The town is how people picture a seaside place, but it's still a real town.

If you want to go further out, Canterbury is about a fifteen minute drive. The Cathedral is there. National Trust Kent has a list of places like Reculver Towers. The coast path is good for walking.

No pets, I'm afraid.
