The Lodge
The Lodge is on West Chiltington Common. It's a detached Norwegian log cabin in the grounds of our bungalow. You get your own gated driveway.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, both with their own shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well-insulated and has underfloor heating, which works well. It's a new build, so everything functions as it should.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a patio with a table and chairs and a barbecue. The garden looks out onto fields.
You're about a mile from Storrington village for shops and pubs. It's very quiet here.
For days out, you're right on the edge of the South Downs. Goodwood is about a 20-minute drive for the motor circuit or the races. The coast at Worthing or Littlehampton is roughly half an hour. Arundel with its castle and wetlands is also within 30 minutes.
Facilities: all the basics are included. WiFi, TV, parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are provided. Sorry, no pets.
