Clarence Cottage

Clarence Cottage is on a farm in Winkhill. It's a barn conversion. Sleeps two people.

It's open plan downstairs. Kitchen, living area, table and chairs. There's underfloor heating, which is good when it's cold. The bedroom is upstairs on a sort of gallery. Kingsize bed, en-suite shower room.

Outside is an enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs. There's also a shared garden you can use, with picnic benches looking over the fields. Parking for one car. There's a shared shed you can put bikes in.

The farm is a working farm. You'll see animals about, and farm vehicles sometimes.

There are three pubs you can walk to. The nearest is about half an hour on foot. The Manifold Trail starts in Waterhouses, which is a short drive away. Good for walking and cycling.

You can book the cottage next door, Dukes Cottage, at the same time if there are four of you. They're practically the same.

For days out, Alton Towers is about a 20 minute drive. The Peak District and Dovedale are within half an hour. Leek town is ten minutes by car for shops.

Included: WiFi, smart TV, bedding and towels. There's a washing machine. No pets.
