This is the Flodden Apartment in Wooler. It's a first-floor flat above a shop on the high street. You get the whole place to yourselves. It's been freshly decorated.
It sleeps four. There's a double bedroom, a room with a single bed, and a single fold-out bed in the living area if you need it. One bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are new. The stairs up to the flat are at the back of the building. They're not steep, but they are stairs.
You're right in the middle of town. There are shops, a couple of cafes, and a few pubs all within a minute's walk. The flat is at the front, so there's some daytime noise from the street, but it's quiet in the evenings. Out the back there's a small raised patio area that looks over the river.
Wooler is good for walking. You can start right from the door. The Cheviot Hills are a short drive away. The College Valley is particularly good. For a day out, Bamburgh Castle and the beach are about 20 minutes by car. Lindisfarne is a bit further, maybe 25 minutes, but you have to check the tide times. The Ad Gefrin museum and distillery is in the town itself.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car in a marked bay at the back. You can bring up to two dogs.
