Graces Dairy

Graces Dairy is in Wooler, Northumberland. It's a converted dairy building, so the ground floor is all one open space which is good for groups. It sleeps eight across four bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.

There's a decked balcony at the back that looks out over fields. Good spot for a morning coffee. The garden is enclosed. Parking is on site and there's an electric vehicle charger.

The stairs are typical for a conversion, a bit steep and narrow in places. We provide a stairgate at the top.

Wooler has shops, pubs, and cafes. It's a working town, not a chocolate box village, but it's friendly and useful. It's called the gateway to the Cheviot Hills, so walking from the door is easy. You're right on the edge of the Northumberland National Park.

You're about 15 miles from the coast. Beaches like Bamburgh and Seahouses are a 25-30 minute drive. Berwick-upon-Tweed is the same sort of distance for a bigger town with history. The National Trust looks after a lot of the castles and coastline here.

Locally, there's the Ad Gefrin museum and whisky distillery in Wooler if that's of interest. Golf, fishing, and horse riding are all available nearby.

Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
