Farmside Cottage

The main thing is the view. It's on the edge of the village, so you look straight out over fields to the Kyloe Hills. There's a patio area out the side with a table. It gets the sun in the evening.
Inside, it's one bathroom downstairs. The shower is a good size. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one double and one with twin beds. The living room has a wood burner. There's a TV and WiFi. The kitchen has a washing machine.
The local pub is a short walk away. They do food. The village has a shop and an art gallery. Wooler is about four miles for other shops and things.
For places to go, Bamburgh and its castle are about a 20-minute drive. The coast there is good for walking. You can get boat trips to the Farne Islands from Seahouses. National Trust Farne Islands has information. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are within half an hour. So is the coast at Beadnell.
The cottage is on a working farm, so you'll see sheep. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
