Humbleton Falls

Humbleton Falls is a cottage in Wooler, Northumberland. It's one of a pair of old farm buildings, attached to one other property. It's on a small, private holiday park on a working farm. The big feature is the setting. It's right next to a waterfall. You can hear it from the garden.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.

The layout is a bit unusual. You come in on the ground floor into the kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom on that level too. Then you go down six steps into the living room. The master bedroom, with a four-poster bed and an en-suite shower, is off the living room.

The garden at the back is fully enclosed. It looks out towards the Cheviot Hills. It's quiet, but Wooler itself is only about half a mile away for shops and pubs.

The place has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.

You're right on the edge of the Northumberland National Park here. Good for walking straight from the door. The coast, like Bamburgh and Holy Island, is about a 20-30 minute drive. The Northumberland National Park website is good for routes. For the castles and beaches, Visit Northumberland has details.
