Flossy's House

Flossy's House is in Chatton, Northumberland. It's a detached cottage at the edge of the village. You look out over fields towards the Kyloe Hills. It's quiet.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one is a king-size, the other has two singles. There's one bathroom downstairs with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after, but it's not huge. The ceiling beams are low in the hallway, so watch your head.

There's a local shop and a pub in the village, both are a short walk. The pub does food. Wooler is about four miles away for bigger shops.

You're about a 20 minute drive from the coast. Bamburgh is that way, with its castle and beach. Seahouses is where you get boat trips out to the Farne Islands to see the seals and puffins. Inland, you're right on the edge of Northumberland National Park for walking. The St Cuthberts Way long-distance path goes through nearby Wooler.

Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a shared patio area out the back with a barbecue.
