Raasay
This is Raasay. It's on Church Street in Dornoch, just off the main square. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level once you're inside.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. We had it fully done up in 2018, so it's in good nick. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The location is the main thing. You can walk to pretty much everything. The town centre is a couple of minutes away. The beach is about a five minute walk. The Royal Dornoch Golf Course is literally just across the road.
Out the back there's an enclosed garden with a patio. There's parking on the drive for a couple of cars.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included.
There's a pub in town. For fishing, you've got the Dornoch Firth. If you want to explore further, Golspie and Tain are about a 20 minute drive. Inverness is just under an hour.
No pets, sorry.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust for Scotland has good information for the area. For the golf, Royal Dornoch's own site is best.
