The property is a Retro Motor Home on a glamping site just outside Tain. It sleeps 3, but that would be cosy. It's really for a couple, maybe with a child.
It's a proper old motorhome, fixed in place. The inside is all done up in a 1970s style. It's clean and the rating is 4 Star, but the space is compact. You have to be friends with who you're sharing with. There's a small kitchen area with basics, a seating bit that turns into the bed, and a separate shower room at the back.
You get your own little decking area outside with a table and chairs. The site itself is on a farm, so it's quiet. You'll see the owner's sheep.
You're about a 5 minute drive from Tain town centre. It's a nice old place. The Glenmorangie distillery is right there if you like whisky. For a beach, you want to drive to Dornoch. It's about 15 minutes away. It's a long, sandy beach and the town is good for an afternoon. Further on, you're about 40 minutes from the Cairngorms National Park for bigger walks.
In terms of what's here: it's all detached, you've got your own space. There's TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a shower. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
