Mole End is on an estate called Libbear Barton, near New Inn in Devon. It's one of four properties here, but you wouldn't really know it. You've got your own bit.
It's a four bedroom cottage that sleeps eight. Three bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a four star rating. It's comfortable and well equipped, not just a bare-bones sort of place.
The main thing is the shared stuff on the estate. There's a big heated indoor pool, a games room, a kids' play area, and some woodland walks. You get all that as part of staying here. There's a lake on the grounds too.
The cottage itself is cosy, but the kitchen and dining room are a good size for eight people. You get your own enclosed garden with a barbecue. Parking is right there.
For things to do, the north Devon and Cornwall coast is about 25 minutes in the car. Good for beaches and surfing. Dartmoor is about the same distance the other way, if you want proper moorland walks. Closer by, the Tarka Trail is good for cycling. There's a shop and a pub about two miles away.
Facilities in the cottage: it has a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. They've got a cot and highchair if you need them. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. No pets, sorry.
