Toad Hall
Toad Hall is a big, detached house near New Inn in Devon. It sleeps 15 across 7 bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms. That's the main thing. It's got a 4 Star rating.
It's part of a bigger place called Libbear Barton. The house sits in 40 acres of its own land. There are fields, some private woodland with a badger hide, and a lake you can see from the house. You'll see wildlife, like deer at dusk.
Because it's part of an estate, you share access to some facilities with guests from the other cottages here. There's a large heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a games room with table tennis, a soft play area for little ones, an adventure playground, and a gym. All that is on site.
The house itself has a wood burning stove, a TV, WiFi, and a dishwasher. There's a patio and garden with a BBQ for you to use. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's ample parking right there. Sorry, no pets.
The local shop and pub are in New Inn, about two miles away. For a day at the coast, the north Devon and Cornwall beaches are about a 25 minute drive. Westward Ho! and Bude have good sand and surfing.
Dartmoor is within half an hour for walking. For family trips, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks are nearby. The Tarka Trail is close by if you want to cycle.
