Timberway
Timberway is my place in Sheepwash. It's an old barn, converted a few years back. Sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable.
Inside is all one big room downstairs, kitchen and living space together. There are wooden floors and the old beams are still there. It's got a wood burner, which heats the place up quickly on a cold night. The bedroom upstairs is quiet and looks out the back.
Outside is a small patio with a table and chairs. The view is across fields towards Dartmoor. You can see the tors on a clear day.
The village is quiet. There's a pub, the Half Moon Inn, which is about a five minute walk. They do food. For a bigger shop, Okehampton is about six miles away.
For walking, you're right on the edge of Dartmoor. The Tarka Trail is close by too, if you've got bikes. You can drive to the coast in about an hour, places like Bude or Westward Ho!.
It's got parking right next to it, WiFi, and a washing machine. The bedding is included. No pets, I'm afraid.
