Warren Cottage
Warren Cottage is one of four on our site at Berry Cross. They're in a terraced row around a courtyard. The place used to be farm buildings.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped, not just basic.
You share some facilities with the other cottages here. There's six acres of our own land to walk around, with an orchard and animals like sheep and ponies. There's a children's play area with swings. There's also a heated indoor swimming pool you can book time in.
The cottage itself has a patio garden with a BBQ. It's open plan inside. We've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. There's an electric vehicle charger too. You can bring up to two dogs.
It's a rural spot. The nearest shop is in Great Torrington, about three miles away. There's a pub and restaurant about two miles. The Tarka Trail for cycling and walking passes close by. The RHS Garden Rosemoor is less than two miles away.
The north Devon coast is about ten miles. Westward Ho! and Instow are the closest. For surfing, you'd go to Croyde or Saunton, which are within half an hour. Exmoor is about a forty minute drive.
