Warren Cottage

It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable but not a show home. The layout is open plan.
You can bring two pets. The owners have six acres of land here. There are animals you can see, like Dartmoor ponies and sheep. There's a children's play area, and a big field for football or flying a kite.
There's also a heated indoor swimming pool on site that you can use.
The nearest pub and restaurant is two miles away. Shops are about three miles away, in Great Torrington.
For beaches and coastline, Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands are about ten miles away, so a twenty minute drive. The Tarka Trail for walking and cycling is a quarter of a mile from the cottage. The RHS Garden Rosemoor is less than two miles away.
In terms of stuff, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ, patio, and on-site parking. They can provide a cot and highchair.
