Tyrella

Tyrella is a first floor apartment in Shebbear. It's next to our house, which is an old cottage from the 1600s. The apartment sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped.

You're right in the village. The square is just there, where they do the 'turning the stone' thing every Bonfire Night. The pub is about 20 yards away. It does food.

The place is open plan, so the living, dining and kitchen area is all one room. There's a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a highchair. There's storage for bikes if you bring them.

Shebbear is a good spot for getting out. The North Devon coast, like Westward Ho! or Clovelly, is about a half hour drive. The Tarka Trail is close by for walking or cycling. If you fish or want to do watersports, Tamar Lakes and Roadford Lake are nearby.

For a day out, Dartmoor and Exmoor are both within easy reach. The Eden Project in Cornwall is about an hour's drive.
