Badgers House is in New Inn, which is in Devon. It's part of a larger estate called Libbear Barton, which has a few other holiday cottages and a big farmhouse. This one is detached. It sleeps nine people in four bedrooms, and has two bathrooms.
The rooms are spacious, both upstairs and down. It has a four star rating. There's a fully enclosed garden for you to use, with a patio area and a gas barbecue.
You share the wider estate facilities with any other guests who are here. There's a large, heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a games room, a small soft play area for little ones, and an outdoor adventure playground. There's also a gym and some woodland walks on the 40 acre site.
Inside the house, you've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a wood burning stove. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
The local shop and pub are about two miles away in the village. For a day at the beach, the north Devon and Cornwall coasts are about a 25 minute drive. There are some great surfing beaches there.
Dartmoor National Park is within easy reach for walking. For family days out, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks are nearby. You can also access the Tarka Trail for cycling.
If you're planning trips, these sites are useful: Dartmoor National Park, National Trust Devon, and North Devon National Landscape.
No pets, I'm afraid.
