East Croft Barn
East Croft Barn is on our family's dairy farm near Halwill Junction. It's a detached barn we converted a few years ago. You're in the middle of the fields here, so it's quiet.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is a wet room on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main living space is all open plan, with a wood burner and a big table. There's a separate sitting room too, which has a couple of day beds if you need them, and a table football game.
The garden is enclosed and gets the sun. It's a good spot for a barbecue. You look out over the fields. Being a farm, you'll see the cows sometimes. You can bring up to two dogs.
Halwill Junction village is about a mile away. It's got a pub, a shop, and a chip shop. Holsworthy is a bit further for bigger supermarkets. There are a few other pubs serving food within a short drive.
For days out, Roadford Reservoir is about 15 minutes away. You can walk or sail there. The north coast at Bude and Widemouth Bay is roughly half an hour's drive. Good for surfing and beaches. Dartmoor National Park is about 30 minutes to the east.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The property is wheelchair accessible.
