The Little Barn
The Little Barn is in Quoditch. It's a detached barn conversion, all on one level.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One has a shower, the main one has a bath with a shower over it. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. The underfloor heating is good.
There's an open plan living area with a wood burner. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has patio doors out to the garden. The second bedroom has a zip-link bed, so it can be a double or two singles.
Outside is an enclosed garden with a stone chip surface. There's furniture. The view is over fields. There's a public footpath right next to the barn that goes down to a stream and on to Ashmill and Ashwater. There's a shop and a pub there.
For a bigger shop, Holsworthy is about eight miles away. They've got supermarkets and a weekly market.
The coast at Bude and Widemouth Bay is about twenty miles. Good for surfing. Dartmoor National Park is about fourteen miles to the east. That's for walking and the scenery.
Facilities: WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. The garden is enclosed. It's all wheelchair accessible at the entrance.
