This is Meadowside Forge, in Quoditch. It's an old forge from the 1820s, converted into a cottage. It's detached and all on one level.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well kept. The living area is open plan, with a wood burner. The garden patio is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs.
Talking of which, you can bring two pets. The place is generally suitable for a family, we've got a cot and highchair.
The location is quiet. It's a hamlet. The nearest decent pub is in Ashwater, about two miles away. For a proper shop or supermarket, you'll need to go to Holsworthy, which is eight miles.
It's a good spot for getting out. Roadford Lake is close by for water sports. The north Cornish coast, like Bude or Widemouth Bay, is about a 30 minute drive for beaches and surfing. Dartmoor National Park is within half an hour for walking. The Eden Project is also about a 30 minute drive.
Inside, it has the things you'd need: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Parking is right there. The entrance and the main rooms are all wheelchair accessible.
