Wheelwright Cottage
Wheelwright Cottage is in Halwill Junction. It's a single storey cottage, so everything's on one level. It sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. There's an adjoining cottage on the same grounds, but you've got your own garden and patio area.
The patio gets the sun and there's a firepit. We provide logs for it. The garden is quiet and backs onto fields, good if you like watching birds.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. There's a dishwasher, wifi, and parking right outside. We include all bedding and towels. You can bring one dog. We've also got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The local shop and pub are about a mile away. The pub serves food. For fishing, you'd need to go a few miles.
It's a good spot for getting out. You're on the edge of the Ruby Country, which is good for cycling and walking. Dartmoor National Park is about a 30 minute drive. The National Trust's Cotehele and Buckland Abbey are within half an hour too. The Eden Project is further, about an hour's drive.
