Bolland Barn is in Northlew, which is a small village inland in Devon. It's a converted barn, so it's one big open space downstairs with the kitchen and living area. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well kept. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. It gets its hot water from an air source heat pump, so it's quite modern in that way.
The village has a shop and a pub, both are walkable. The pub does food. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Okehampton, which is about seven miles.
You're on the edge of Dartmoor. It's about a twenty minute drive to get up onto the tors for walking. The coast at Bude is about half an hour away if you fancied a surf or just a day on the beach.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, sorry.
