Sanderlings
Sanderlings is in Brancaster, which is on the North Norfolk coast. It's a detached house with a separate annexe attached to the garage. Sleeps ten in total across five bedrooms, and there are five bathrooms. It's a 4 Star property, so it's well equipped and comfortable.
The main house has four bedrooms and bathrooms all on the ground floor. The living area, kitchen, and a big balcony are upstairs. The stairs are fine. The separate annexe sleeps two, it's on the ground floor and has a lift up to join the main living area, so it's accessible.
Upstairs is open plan, so everyone can be together. There's an open fire. The balcony is glassed in, so you can use it even if it's windy. It gets the sun, has seating and a BBQ. You look out over fields.
Brancaster Beach is about a mile away. It's a good, long beach, part of the National Trust coast. The village is a short walk away too. There's a pub and a shop that sells local seafood.
For days out, the RSPB reserve at Titchwell is very close for birdwatching. You can get boat trips to see the seals from Morston or Blakeney. Holkham Hall and Beach, Houghton Hall, and the Sandringham Estate are all within about half an hour's drive.
The facilities list covers most things. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, parking, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The garden is enclosed.
