Classroom Two
This place used to be a classroom, one of a pair. It's in a little hamlet called Ashmill, near Lifton. The cottage is attached to the other one, Classroom One. You each have your own garden space to the side, and there's a shared bit at the back.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed. There's a TV in the footboard, which people either love or find a bit unnecessary. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
Inside is open plan. There's a kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a sitting area. Doors open out onto a covered terrace. It's sheltered and looks out onto fields.
Roadford Lake is about ten minutes' drive away. You can do watersports or walk around it. Dartmoor is close. The nearest bit is probably about twenty minutes.
If you head the other way, Launceston is a short drive. It's a small town with a castle ruin run by English Heritage. The Tamar Valley area is nice for a drive.
It has wifi, a TV, parking right outside, and all bedding and towels are included. The kitchen has a dishwasher. No pets.
