Frankaborough Cottage is here in Virginstow. It's a converted barn on three floors. It's part of a working dairy and arable farm, so you'll see cows and tractors about.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sinks in them. It's got a 4 Star rating. The wood burner works well.
The garden has a patio with seating and some tropical plants. There's a barbecue you can use. There's a designated kids' play area on the farm, which is handy.
You're allowed to bring up to two dogs.
Location wise, you're right on the Devon and Cornwall border. Launceston is about ten minutes away for shops. The north coast beaches like Bude are about half an hour's drive. Dartmoor National Park is to the east, also within half an hour.
For a day out, the National Trust has plenty of places nearby. The Tamar Otter Park is close. The Eden Project is about 45 minutes away in Cornwall.
Facilities included are a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
