This is Stablgoch. It's in Penrhyndeudraeth, up a bit of a hill. The view is the main thing. You look out over the Dwyryd estuary and fields. It's detached.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. Two are twins, one is a double. There's one full bathroom downstairs and a separate toilet upstairs next to the bedrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
The living area is open plan, with a wood burner. The whole place runs on solar power and batteries. There's an electric vehicle charger if you need it.
Outside, there's a hot tub in the garden. At the bottom of the garden, you can see the Welsh Highland Steam Railway go past. It's not loud, but you can watch it chuff by.
The village has a shop and a couple of pubs. For a proper beach, you drive to Black Rock Sands near Porthmadog, which is about five miles.
Portmeirion is ten minutes away by car. It's strange and interesting. Welsh Highland Railway trips start from there or Porthmadog. You can walk to the station from here if you want.
You're on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Harlech Castle is about fifteen minutes drive south. Porthmadog is ten minutes north for shops and cafes.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. It says you can bring up to two dogs. There's parking.
