The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. One has a king-size bed, the other has twins. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The living room is a good size with high ceilings, so it feels light. The kitchen has what you need.
Now, the stairs. They're the original house stairs. They go up to the first floor where the living area is, then carry on up to the bedrooms. They're quite steep and a bit narrow. Just something to be aware of.
The beach is about a five-minute walk away. It's a long, sandy stretch. Good for a stroll or if you've got kids with buckets and spades.
You're well placed for getting out. Llandudno and its pier are about a 15-minute drive. Conwy, with its castle and walls, is about 20 minutes. The Bodnant Garden is stunning, especially in spring, and that's roughly 25 minutes away. For bigger days out, Snowdonia National Park starts about a 30-minute drive south.
Facilities: WiFi, a washing machine, bedding and towels are all included. You can bring one dog. There's golf and riding locally, and the fishing is popular off the pier.
