The Eyrie

The Eyrie is a semi-detached house on Old Abergele Road in Colwyn Bay. It's on a hill, so you get a clear view of the bay from the back garden. It's not secluded, it's in a residential area. The garden is enclosed, which is handy.

It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is en-suite to the main bedroom and has a bath and a separate shower. The other two bedrooms have zip and link beds, so you can have them as twins or doubles. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

Inside, it's been done up. The kitchen is modern and open plan to the living area. It's a good space for a group. There's parking on the drive for two cars.

You can walk down into Colwyn Bay town centre and the promenade in about 15-20 minutes. It's a steep walk back up. The beach is good. There's a pier and a water sports centre if you're into that. The local pub is about a mile away.

If you want to go out for the day, the Welsh Mountain Zoo is very close. It's a good day out. Eirias Park is down the hill for a walk or a swim. For a proper walk, you can drive into Snowdonia in under half an hour. Conwy Castle and town is about a 15 minute drive along the coast.

Two well-behaved dogs are allowed. All bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. It's available over Christmas.
