Seabreeze Cottage is on Bron Y Wendon Holiday Park in Llanddulas. It's a holiday park cottage, so it's one of a row. You're up on the hillside so the main thing is the view. You can see right across the sea to Llandudno and the Great Orme.
It sleeps six, but it's two bedrooms upstairs. One's a king size bed, the other has two singles. There's a double sofa bed in the dining area downstairs if you need it. One bathroom, with a bath and a shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The park itself is quiet and family-run. You check in at the reception.
Outside, there's a patio area with furniture. The park has a kids' play area. You have your own parking spot.
Inside, the kitchen has what you'd need: oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Freeview, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you're bringing little ones. No pets, sorry.
Location wise, you're set back from the A55, so you can get places easily. The beach at Llanddulas is about a ten minute walk down the hill. It's stony. For sand, you drive to Old Colwyn or Rhos-on-Sea in a few minutes.
Colwyn Bay is about a ten minute drive. They've got the water sports centre there. Llandudno is fifteen minutes. It's a proper Victorian promenade with shops and the pier. Conwy is maybe twenty minutes. The castle is spectacular, it's run by Cadw. The smallest house in Britain is down on the quay.
If you want mountains, Snowdonia is less than half an hour's drive. The Snowdonia National Park site is good for planning walks. For local history and walks, National Trust North Wales has a few places nearby.
The local pub, The White Lion, is a few minutes walk away. They do food.
