This is Seaview Cottage, on the coast at Llanddulas. It's on a quiet family-run holiday park called Bron Y Wendon. You get the place to yourselves, it's not a shared building.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms downstairs, one double and one with twin beds. One bathroom with a shower over the bath. The living room and kitchen are upstairs. We did it that way so you get the sea view from the main room. You can see right out over the water to the Great Orme in Llandudno. The sunsets from there are good.
It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything works, it's clean and comfortable. The stairs are a standard flight, nothing unusual. You get a patio area with furniture outside. Parking is right by the cottage.
The park has a play area for kids and there's a reception if you need anything. It's a quiet spot. The coast path is right there for walks. For a pub, you'll need to drive or walk into the village, it's not far.
You're well placed for the coast. Llandudno is about ten minutes by car. Conwy is maybe fifteen, with the castle. The National Trust looks after a lot of it. Colwyn Bay is just a few minutes south. For mountains, Snowdonia is less than half an hour's drive inland. The Snowdonia National Park site has walking information.
What's included: all the bedding and towels, WiFi, a TV. There's a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
