Seaview Cottage is on Bron Y Wendon Holiday Park in Llanddulas. It's a quiet, family-run park. You check in at reception when you arrive.
The setup is upside down. The living room and kitchen are upstairs. That's because of the view. You look right out over the Irish Sea, across to the Great Orme in Llandudno. The sunsets from there are really good.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms downstairs, one double and one with twin beds. There's one bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.
The kitchen has what you need: electric oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. The living area has a TV with Freeview. There's WiFi.
You have a private patio with some garden space. Parking is right there.
The park has a kids' play area. There's a local pub within walking distance. For a bigger shop, you'd drive.
Location is the main thing. You're right on the coast. It's a short drive to Colwyn Bay for the watersports, or into Llandudno for the pier and shops. Conwy is close, with the castle. It's worth a look. National Trust Conwy has information.
Snowdonia is about half an hour's drive if you want mountains. Useful for planning days out: Visit Wales Walking and Snowdonia National Park.
Facilities are included: bedding, towels, electricity. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Stairgate at the top of the stairs. No pets, sorry.
