Derlwyn
This is Derlwyn, up in Old Colwyn, just outside Colwyn Bay. It's a detached house, so no neighbours on the walls. You get the whole garden, which is a good size and gets the sun.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a bath. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The kitchen leads out to the patio and garden. There are a few steps in the garden, just so you know. Parking is to the side of the house. The drive has a steep incline, but there's also a space at the top if you prefer.
You're about a mile from the beach at Colwyn Bay. The promenade goes all the way along to Rhos-on-Sea. The village shop and a couple of pubs are about the same distance.
Llandudno is a short drive away, maybe 20 minutes. You can get the cable car up the Great Orme from there. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is in Colwyn Bay itself. For gardens, Bodnant Garden is about half an hour's drive inland. If you fancy something different, Surf Snowdonia is also within half an hour.
For facilities, it's got the basics covered: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
