The cottage is called Croeso, which just means "welcome". It's in Conwy, on the North Wales coast.
It's a terraced house. Sleeps five, three bedrooms, one bathroom. There's a 4 Star rating. It's clean, comfortable, modern. The stairs are normal.
You come in through the living room with a sofa and TV. Through there is the kitchen and dining area, all open plan. Patio doors go out to the back garden. The garden is enclosed. There's a table and chairs out there.
One king bed, one twin room, one single. All the bedding and towels are included. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
There's a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and parking for one car on the drive.
The house is wheelchair accessible at the front entrance.
You can have up to two dogs. There's an extra charge for that.
You can walk to a small, quiet beach from here. Or it's about a mile and a half into the centre of Conwy itself. You can walk or cycle there off-road along the promenade. Conwy has the castle, the town walls, restaurants, pubs. There are a few places to eat within walking distance of the house.
Llandudno is a short drive along the coast. The Great Orme is there. You can drive up or take the tram.
Snowdonia is about half an hour's drive south for walking. Anglesey is about 40 minutes away over the bridge.
