Oakleigh Cottage
Oakleigh Cottage is in Rowen, on the edge of Snowdonia. It’s quiet here. Conwy and the coast are about four miles away.
It’s a 4 Star place, which means it’s warm and comfortable. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so no one has to queue. Both bedrooms have their own shower rooms.
You’ve got your own patio outside the back. The views from there look out over the Conwy Valley. The grounds are shared and run to about six acres. There’s a licensed pancake house and some fishing ponds on the same land, which is a bit unusual but handy if you fancy it.
The village shop is a mile and a half away. There’s a local pub.
For getting out, you’re right next to the Snowdonia National Park for walking. Conwy has the castle and the quay. National Trust Conwy manages some of it. The beach at Morfa Conwy is sandy. Llandudno is along the coast with the Great Orme. Zip World, with the zip lines, is about a twenty minute drive.
The facilities are all there: wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Parking is on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets.
