Sea View is an apartment in Deganwy, just outside Conwy in North Wales. It's on a private estate. The view is the main thing, really. You look straight out over the sandhills and the sea towards Anglesey. On a clear day you can see the mountains and Puffin Island.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed. One of the other bedrooms can be set up as twins or a double if you ask beforehand. The third bedroom is up in the loft, which you get to by a steep staircase.
The living area is modern. Big glass doors open onto a balcony which gets the sun. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen has a breakfast bar. WiFi is included, there's a washing machine and dishwasher, and bedding and towels are provided.
A few things you should know plainly. The entrance is via an external staircase. There's an allocated parking space, but it's tight. It fits one medium-sized car, or two small ones if you park neatly behind each other. You can also park on the public road outside the estate. A railway line runs in front of the property. The trains aren't frequent and it's not a mainline, but you will hear them sometimes.
You can walk to Deganwy beach in a few minutes. The upper part is stony. The village has shops, cafes, and restaurants. There are two golf courses within a mile. Llandudno and Conwy are a short drive or train ride away. Deganwy station is about half a mile's walk.
For days out, you're well placed. Conwy Castle is about ten minutes by car. The A55 expressway is two miles away, so getting around is easy. Snowdonia and Anglesey are both within a 30 minute drive.
