Sea View
This place is called Sea View. It’s an apartment on a private estate in Deganwy, Conwy.
The view is what you're here for. You look out over the sandhills and the sea towards the mountains and Anglesey. The living room has big glass doors that open onto a balcony. You get the sun in the evening.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s on three floors. It’s got a 4 Star rating so it’s well-equipped. The stairs inside are open and quite steep. The entrance is also up an external staircase. It’s all there in the name.
Parking is tight. There’s one allocated space for a medium car, or you can fit two small cars if you park neatly behind each other. There's also on-street parking outside the estate.
There’s a railway line in front. It’s not a main line. Trains go past but they’re infrequent and it’s fairly quiet.
You can walk to Deganwy beach in a few minutes. The upper part is stony. There are two golf courses within a mile. The village has shops, cafes and restaurants.
Llandudno and Conwy are a short drive or train ride away. Conwy Castle is worth seeing. Being close to the A55 means Snowdonia and Anglesey are easy for day trips.
Facilities: it has a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot if you need it.
