Great Orme
This is the Great Orme apartment in Llandudno. It's a one-bedroom place for two people, up on the first floor of a Victorian building. You get a good view of the actual Great Orme headland from the main living space and the bedroom.
It has a 4 Star rating. That means it's well kitted out. There are two bathrooms, which is unusual for a place that sleeps two. Both have walk-in showers. The bedroom is up a separate flight of stairs on its own floor.
The living area is open plan. There's a 4K TV and the WiFi is reliable. All the bedding and towels are included.
You're right in the town. The promenade and the beach are about a five minute walk downhill. The town itself is that classic Victorian seaside sort, with a long pier and a lot of ice cream shops. You can walk up the Great Orme, or there's a tram that goes to the top.
Conwy is a ten minute drive. The castle is the main thing there. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is in Colwyn Bay, just along the coast.
You're on the edge of Snowdonia. It's about a 30 minute drive to get into the proper mountains for walking. For a shorter trip, the Conwy valley is closer.
You can bring one dog. There's no private garden, but there are green areas nearby. Parking is on-street with a permit, which we provide.
Other things nearby: there's a golf course, you can go horse riding on the beach, and there's sea fishing. It's a good base if you want to mix coastal stuff with the mountains.
