Llwynon Cottage is in Llandudno. It's a semi-detached house on a street just back from the main promenade.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
You're about five minutes' walk from the beach and the pier. The tram station for the Great Orme is just around the corner. That’s an easy way to get up to the top. On a clear day you can see a long way. The tram is old, so it's a bit of a rickety ride, but that's part of it. There's a shop about 200 yards away and a pub even closer.
Llandudno itself is a proper Victorian seaside town. You've got the Punch and Judy on the promenade, the Venue Cymru for shows, and all the usual arcades and ice cream shops.
Conwy is a ten minute drive. The castle and the town walls are worth seeing. They're run by Cadw. For gardens, Bodnant Garden is about twenty minutes inland. It's National Trust.
If you want to go into Snowdonia, it's about half an hour to get to places like Surf Snowdonia at Dolgarrog or some of the Zip World sites. The Snowdonia National Park authority site is good for planning.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a small patio garden out the back. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
