Bryn Euryn Cottage is our place in Rhos-on-Sea, just outside Colwyn Bay. It's a proper old cottage, about four hundred years old, and it's attached to our house next door. It looks out over the road to the Bryn Euryn woods.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, but just the one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The walls are stone, there are some beams, and you can see the sea from the two front bedrooms. The stairs are steep and the doors are low in a couple of places, because it's old.
You've got your own garden and patio out the back with a barbecue. There's parking for one car on the drive.
The beach is about a ten minute walk away. For shops and a few more places to eat, it's about the same walk into Rhos-on-Sea itself. There's an American-style diner practically on the doorstep, about a minute away.
You're right opposite the Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve for walks. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is in Colwyn Bay, which is a five minute drive. Llandudno and the Great Orme are about ten minutes by car. You can drive up the Great Orme or walk it.
Facilities: We include bedding and towels. There's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. We've got a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. We allow up to three dogs. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.
