This is Cartref, in Llysfaen. It's a semi-detached cottage. It sleeps five, across two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious.

The garden is enclosed. There's a conservatory with a table that looks out over it. You can sit in there even when it's raining.

Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.

You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is fully fenced, which is useful.

The local shop is about half a mile away. The pub is just under a mile. You'll need a car to get around, that's just how it is here.

You're about three miles from Colwyn Bay, which has a beach and a leisure centre. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is up that way too. Llandudno, with its pier and promenade, is about six miles. Conwy, with the castle, is very close. You can see it from places around here.

For a day out, Snowdonia is on your doorstep. Betws-y-Coed is a good place to start for walks. Bodnant Garden is stunning if you like that sort of thing. Surf Snowdonia, the artificial wave place, is in the Conwy Valley if that's your thing. All of that is within half an hour.

Further afield, you can get to Anglesey, Chester, or up Mount Snowdon for a drive and a walk, but that's more of a full day out.
