Siôr
It's called Siôr and it's a shepherd's hut near Moelfre. It got a 5 Star rating. Honestly, it's mostly just because everything works properly and it's been put together nicely, it's not a hotel.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is very good, handmade, and the linen is nice. There's a wood burner to heat the place, which works well, and the kitchen has a Smeg oven and hob if you want to cook.
Outside, there's a wood-fired hot tub. You'll need to light that yourself and give it time to heat up. There's a garden area that's just for you, and private parking.
The hut is in a field. It's quiet. You can see the sea from there. The nearest village is St. George, about two miles away. There's a pub there that does food. For a shop, you'd drive to Moelfre or towards Llandudno.
You're about 10 minutes from the A55, so getting around is easy. Llandudno is 25 minutes. Conwy Castle is about the same. The edge of Snowdonia is maybe 20 minutes. Chester is under an hour if you fancy a day trip.
It's all set up as a base. The WiFi works. Bedding and towels are included. The whole thing is off-grid for electric and water, but it's all plumbed in and connected, you don't have to do anything.
