Granary Cottage is in Llandudno, up at Bodafon Hall. It used to be an outbuilding. It's quiet here, you're a bit back from the town, but you can see the sea and the promenade from the front.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. The stairs inside are a spiral staircase. They're open and a bit steep, so just be aware of that.
You're right next to Bodafon Farm Park. It's a five minute walk down to the promenade. From there you can walk along to the town centre and the pier, or to Venue Cymru if there's a show on. The other way takes you towards the Great Orme. You can walk up, or take the tram or the cable car. The views from the top are very good.
Conwy is about ten minutes away by car. The castle and the walls are impressive. It's a proper medieval town. If you drive the other way, you're quickly into Snowdonia. Betws-y-Coed is about half an hour. Bodnant Garden is on that route too, if you like that sort of thing.
For facilities, there's a patio area with a BBQ, a washing machine, and parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a cot if you need it.
