Aelybryn is near Ty'n y Groes, about five miles inland from Conwy. It's a detached white cottage, set back from the road. You've got your own garden with a patio.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. The layout is all on the ground floor, which is good if stairs are a problem. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's warm and modern inside, with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. There's a shower, but no bath.
The village has a pub within walking distance. For shops, you'll need to drive to Llanrwst or Conwy.
You're well placed here. Betws-y-Coed is about ten minutes up the road, which is the main entrance to Snowdonia National Park. From there you can get to walking trails, the Zip World forest, and the Marin mountain bike trails in Gwydir Forest.
Going the other way, towards the coast, Bodnant Garden is very close. Conwy itself is about fifteen minutes away. It's a proper walled town with the castle and a harbour. Llandudno and its pier are about twenty-five minutes drive.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and high chair. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The garden is fully enclosed.
