Aelybryn

Aelybryn is a detached house in Ty'n y groes, which is in the Conwy valley. It's on a quiet lane, a few miles from Betws-y-Coed. The house looks out over trees and fields.

It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, no bath.

The house is all on one level from the parking area, so the entrance and living space are flat and accessible. There is one step down into the kitchen.

You get the whole garden to yourselves. It's got a patio area with a table. It's not huge, but it's private and gets the sun in the afternoon.

Inside, it's straightforward. There's a woodburning stove in the living room for cooler evenings. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair.

You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed.

For things to do, you're in a good spot. Betws-y-Coed is about ten minutes up the road, that's the main village for shops and cafes in this part of the valley. The Snowdonia National Park starts there. The surfing lake, Surf Snowdonia, is a five minute drive. The mountain bike trails in Gwydir Forest are nearby.

The other way, towards the coast, you've got Conwy town with its castle and harbour. Bodnant Garden is about twenty minutes away. The local pub is in Dolgarrog, which is a short walk down the lane.
