Cormorant View
Cormorant View is a house in Weymouth. It's in a quiet little gated close, so no through traffic. You can walk into the town centre from here, and to the beach, which is handy.
It sleeps seven people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped. The views from the front are the main thing. You look out over the River Wey and the Radipole Lake nature reserve, and across to the town. You'll see a lot of birds from the windows.
There's a garden out the back with a patio. It gets the sun in the evening. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. Parking is on the drive.
For a walk, you can go right from the house around Radipole Lake. It's a good loop. The beach is sandy and slopes gently, so it's good for families. For sailing or windsurfing, the bay conditions are known to be reliable.
Within about half an hour's drive, you can get to Portland Castle, which is an English Heritage site, or to Hardy's Cottage if you're interested in that. Further afield, you're well placed for the rest of the Dorset coast and the countryside.
