It's September Cottage in Chickerell. It's a village just inland from Weymouth.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything works and it's clean.
The garden is enclosed. It's a good size. There's a patio area too. Inside, there's a living room with a gas stove that looks like a fire, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a TV with Freeview. WiFi is included. We provide all the bedding and towels.
The property is set up for children if you need it: there's a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but the bathroom is upstairs and the stairs are a typical cottage staircase.
Chickerell itself is quiet. There's a local pub you can walk to. For a proper beach day, Weymouth is about four miles away. It's a sandy beach, good for families. The town has a harbour, shops, and the usual seaside things.
If you want to explore, you're in a decent spot. West Bay is about half an hour's drive to the west. To the east, you've got Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, which is similar driving time. For walking, the South West Coast Path runs right along there.
